RydeLynk
London private hire work with consistent bookings, professional support, and no hidden deductions. If you hold a valid TfL private hire driver licence, we want to hear from you.
What Makes Us
Different to Work With
All RydeLynk journeys are pre-booked and confirmed in advance — no sitting waiting for a ping. You know where you are going and when, before you start your shift.
Every booking carries a fixed, agreed fare. No dynamic pricing algorithms to navigate, no passenger disputes over the meter. The job is clear before you accept it.
Tell us which days and hours you want to work and we will match bookings to your availability. Airport runs, corporate accounts, daytime, nights — the choice is yours.
A significant proportion of our bookings are airport transfers across Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, and London City — well-paying, clear routes, and professional passengers.
Our operations team is reachable by phone and WhatsApp during all operating hours. Booking issue, passenger query, or any problem on the road — we are there.
RydeLynk passengers are pre-screened, pre-booked, and have chosen a premium service. You drive professional, respectful passengers — not strangers off a street-hail app.

Your Questions
Answered
The most common questions from drivers considering joining RydeLynk.
-
Yes. A valid TfL private hire driver licence is a firm requirement. RydeLynk is a TfL-licensed private hire operator and all drivers must be individually licensed by Transport for London. We cannot accept drivers who do not currently hold a valid TfL PHD licence.
-
Your vehicle must hold a valid TfL private hire vehicle licence and meet our fleet presentation standards — clean, well-maintained, and in good condition inside and out. We operate across multiple vehicle classes including saloons, MPVs, and executive vehicles. Contact us to discuss whether your vehicle is a good fit for our fleet.
-
Yes. We work with your availability rather than the other way around. Tell us which days and time windows you want to work and we will match bookings accordingly. Drivers who are available for early morning airport runs, late-night returns, and weekends will naturally receive more booking volume — but there is no minimum hours requirement.
-
Driver payment details — including rates, settlement frequency, and any applicable fees — are discussed during the onboarding call. We are transparent about how the split works before you accept a single booking. There are no hidden deductions after the fact. Contact us to discuss the specifics for your vehicle class and availability.
-
Airport transfers make up a significant portion of our booking volume, covering all five London airports — Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, and London City. These are pre-booked, fixed-fare journeys with professional passengers. If you are available for early morning departures and late-night arrivals, airport work is plentiful and well-paying.
-
Yes. RydeLynk drivers are expected to be smartly dressed on every booking — a dark suit or smart trousers and jacket as a minimum. Trainers, casual clothing, and branded sportswear are not acceptable. The standard of presentation is part of what our passengers pay for and it is non-negotiable.
