We provide transfers to and from all major London airports, including:

For all airport pickups, your driver will wait up to 60 minutes free of charge from the time your flight lands. We monitor your flight in real time, so if your flight is delayed your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time.

For all other pickups such as hotels, homes, or offices, your driver will wait up to 15 minutes free of charge.

With our meet and greet service, your driver will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name clearly displayed. They will help you with your luggage and guide you directly to your vehicle.

This is included as standard on all airport pickups, so you never have to search for your driver or wait outside in the elements.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. No cancellation fee, no questions asked.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup may be subject to a charge. Please contact our team as early as possible if your plans change and we will do our best to help.

Yes. RydeLynk is a Transport for London (TfL) licensed private hire operator. Every driver holds a valid TfL private hire driver licence, has passed a DBS background check, and has completed professional driver training.

Every vehicle is fully licensed, comprehensively insured, and regularly inspected to ensure it meets the highest safety and comfort standards.

We have six vehicle categories to suit every journey and group size:

• Comfort (VW Passat GTE) — up to 4 passengers, 2 suitcases
• Estate (Skoda Octavia Estate) — up to 4 passengers, 3 suitcases
• Executive (Mercedes-Benz E-Class) — up to 4 passengers, 2 suitcases
• XL (VW Sharan) — up to 6 passengers, 4 suitcases
• Executive MPV (Mercedes-Benz Vito) — up to 8 passengers, 6 suitcases

Yes. Our Estate, XL, and Executive MPV vehicles are specifically suited to passengers travelling with larger amounts of luggage. If you are unsure which vehicle is right for your group and bags, simply get in touch and we will recommend the best option.

When booking, please let us know how many bags you have so we can ensure the right vehicle is assigned.
