London Station Transfers

Fixed Price Taxi to and from All Major Stations

Missing a train is not an option. Whether you are heading to King’s Cross for the Edinburgh express, catching the Eurostar from St Pancras, or being collected from Paddington after a long journey from the West Country, a reliable, punctual transfer to or from a London railway station is not something to leave to chance.

RydeLynk provides fixed-price station transfers to and from all major London railway stations, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your driver is there when you need them, your price is confirmed before you travel, and 15 minutes of free waiting time is included as standard on every pickup.

London Stations We Cover

RydeLynk provides transfers to and from every major London railway station. Whether you are arriving into or departing from any of the following, we have the right vehicle and the right driver ready.

King’s Cross and St Pancras International Home to trains to Edinburgh, Leeds, York, and Cambridge, as well as the Eurostar to Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam. One of London’s busiest and most important transport hubs, served by all RydeLynk vehicle classes.

Euston Station The main London terminus for trains to Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, and Glasgow via the West Coast Main Line. We provide both pickups and drop-offs at Euston for passengers travelling across the UK.

Paddington Station The gateway to the West Country, Wales, and Heathrow via the Elizabeth line. We regularly transfer passengers between Paddington and hotels, offices, and residences across London and to Heathrow Airport.

Waterloo Station London’s busiest station, serving South West England, including Southampton, Bournemouth, and Salisbury. Also the terminus for the Windsor and Eton line and a key interchange for South London.

Victoria Station Serving the south of England including Brighton, Gatwick Airport via the Gatwick Express, and Dover for the Channel crossings. Also the terminus for the National Express coach services.

London Bridge Station A major interchange station serving South East London, Kent, and Sussex. Convenient for passengers travelling to or from Canary Wharf and the City of London.

Liverpool Street Station Serving East Anglia, including Cambridge, Norwich, Stansted Airport, and Southend. A key station for City of London and Shoreditch passengers.

Marylebone Station The smaller and often overlooked London terminus serving Chiltern Railways routes to Birmingham, Oxford, and the Chilterns. A quieter alternative for travellers heading to the Midlands.

Charing Cross and Cannon Street Serving South East London and Kent. Popular with commuters and leisure travellers heading to or from Canterbury, Folkestone, and the Kent coast.

What Is Included in Every Station Transfer

Every RydeLynk station transfer includes the following as standard.

Fixed price confirmed at booking

Your fare is agreed when you book and never changes. No meter running, no peak-time surcharges, and no additional charges because of traffic or roadworks.

15 minutes free waiting time

Your driver will wait 15 minutes free of charge at all non-airport pickups, including station collections. If your train is running late, contact us and we will adjust where possible.

Door-to-door service

We collect you from or deliver you to the exact address you specify — your home, hotel, office, or any other address across London and beyond. No walking with heavy bags to a nearby pickup point.

Luggage assistance

Your driver helps with bags to and from the vehicle. For passengers travelling with large suitcases, our Estate, XL, and Executive MPV classes offer significantly more boot space.

Professional, licensed drivers

Every driver is TfL-licensed, DBS-checked, and smartly presented. The same standard applies to every booking, regardless of the time of day.

24/7 availability

First trains of the morning, last trains of the night, and everything in between. Our station transfer service is available at any hour.

Which Vehicle Should I Book for a Station Transfer?

For individuals and couples travelling with standard luggage, the Economy or Comfort class is ideal. For passengers with larger bags or those returning from a longer trip, the Estate offers a significantly larger boot. Groups of up to six should book the XL, and groups of up to eight — or corporate parties requiring premium comfort — should book the Executive MPV.

For business travellers connecting between stations and meetings, the Executive Mercedes-Benz E-Class is the natural choice.

Station Transfer FAQ

Common Questions Answered

Everything you need to know about booking a station transfer with RydeLynk. We are available 24/7 if you need anything else.

  • We cover all major London railway stations, including:

    • King's Cross and St Pancras International
    • Euston Station
    • Paddington Station
    • Waterloo Station
    • Victoria Station
    • London Bridge Station
    • Liverpool Street Station
    • Marylebone Station
    • Charing Cross and Cannon Street

We also cover regional stations across the UK for long-distance transfers. Contact us if you need a pickup from any station not listed.

  • Your driver will wait 15 minutes free of charge from the agreed pickup time for all station pickups. If your train is running late, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the delay. Additional waiting time beyond 15 minutes may be charged at an agreed rate.

  • Yes, always. Your price is confirmed at the point of booking and does not change regardless of traffic, roadworks, or the time of day. There is no meter running during your journey and no peak-time surcharges. The price you see when you book is the price you pay.

  • Your driver will be positioned at the main exit or designated pickup area of the station. You will receive your driver's contact details and vehicle registration in your booking confirmation so you can locate them easily. If you are unsure where to find your driver on arrival, call or WhatsApp us and we will coordinate immediately.

  • Yes. Inter-station transfers across London are one of our most popular services. For example, Euston to Waterloo, King's Cross to Paddington, or Liverpool Street to Victoria. A direct private hire transfer between stations is often faster, more comfortable, and more reliable than navigating the Underground with luggage, particularly during peak hours.

  • For extra luggage we recommend:

    • Estate — up to 4 passengers with 3 large suitcases and 3 hand carry bags
    • XL — up to 6 passengers with 4 large suitcases and 4 hand carry bags
    • Executive MPV — up to 8 passengers with 6 large suitcases and 4 hand carry bags

If you are unsure which vehicle is right for your bags, contact us before booking and we will advise.

  • Yes. Our station transfer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For late-night arrivals when public transport connections are limited and app-based ride-hailing is unreliable, a pre-booked RydeLynk transfer guarantees you are collected and home safely regardless of the hour.

  • Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your booking reference. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge — please get in touch as early as possible if your plans change.
