How to Choose the Right Vehicle
Not sure which class is right for your journey? Use these three simple steps to pick the perfect vehicle every time.
Start with the number of people travelling. Up to 4 passengers fit comfortably in Economy, Comfort, or Executive. Groups of 5 to 6 need the XL. Groups of 7 to 8 need the XXL. For a premium group experience, the Executive MPV seats 7 in luxury.
If you are travelling with more luggage than average, the XL and XXL offer the greatest capacity for groups. For cruise passengers or those with exceptionally heavy bags, the XXL or Executive MPV with 7 suitcases is the right choice.
For business meetings, VIP travel, or special occasions, the Executive or Executive MPV provides the premium environment your journey deserves. For everyday and group travel, Economy, Comfort, XL, or XXL work perfectly.

All vehicle classes are suitable for airport transfers. Choose based on your group size and luggage. The XL, XXL, and Executive MPV are recommended for passengers with more bags or larger groups.
For individual executives, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class offers the ideal environment. For corporate groups and teams, the Executive MPV V-Class is the premium choice — premium interior, Wi-Fi, and 7 passenger capacity.
Our chauffeur service is available in the Executive and Executive MPV classes, providing the premium, five-star experience suited to events, VIP arrivals, and special occasions.
For individuals and couples, the Comfort or Executive class is ideal. For families and groups, the XL, XXL, or Executive MPV ensures everyone travels together comfortably.
Cruise passengers typically travel with large amounts of luggage. The XL is ideal for groups of up to 6, the XXL for up to 8, and the Executive MPV offers the maximum luggage allowance at 7 cases and 7 hand carry.
For long UK journeys, the Comfort, Executive, or Executive MPV classes provide the most comfortable ride over extended distances. In-car Wi-Fi in Executive classes keeps passengers productive throughout.

Each class lists a primary vehicle followed by "or similar". This means you will always receive a vehicle of the same class, size, and quality. The specific model may vary depending on availability, but the passenger capacity, luggage allowance, and standard will always match what is described.

Please contact us before booking and we will recommend the right vehicle or arrange two vehicles at the best combined price. It is always better to book the correct vehicle upfront than to arrive at pickup with more luggage than the vehicle can safely carry.

Child seats can be arranged on request. Please mention this requirement when booking or contact us directly so we can ensure the correct seat is fitted for your child's age and weight. We recommend the XL or XXL for families travelling with child seats and luggage.
